Quality Head - Stamping & Welding Process - Automobiles (15-20 yrs)
Experience - 15 to 20Yrs, Budget upto 24 LPA. Must have experience of Stamping and welding process industry. Must have experience of handling MSIL customer and their audits (VSA / MACE)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Overseeing the overall QA(QA,QMS,SQA,CQA,QC) Related operations activities of the plant and all other activities related to Business dealing, growth of business for the units.
- Playing a key role as Management Representative
- Also handle the Project /operations activities of the setup of one of the organization.
- Responsible for Quality Management Activities i.e. Planning, Vendor Audits, QMS Standards, System (Quality)
- Handling the full-fledged plant operations and improving the various performance metrics.
- Handling workforce & manpower planning, ensure cordial work atmosphere
- Coordinate with Production for developing the chain of tasks in the Manufacturing Process of new Products / modifications of existing Products and generating samples.
- Interact with Vendor Development Dept. for supply of material and ensuring adherence to all specifications.
- Conduct trials & tests; identify any changes; make final modifications for Start of Production.
- Implement initiatives to achieve standardization and reduce costs.
- Implementing various preventive/predictive maintenance schedules of various machines & equipment to increase machine up time/ equipment reliability; thereby accomplishing planned production targets.
- Performing root cause failure analysis of repetitive breakdowns occurring in the plant and taking corrective measures for the same.
- Handling cost reduction by undertaking Indigenization of high value/OEM Spares, Inventory management and adhering to maintenance schedules for achieving targets within allocated budgets.
- Coordinating various QMS functions in line with corporate policies
