Quality Head - Service Industry (8-12 yrs)
- Lead the Quality Management initiatives for the organization
- Assist management in defining metrics to assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and where, indicated, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Conduct program reviews to ensure that facilities and case record documentation is consistent with internal policies and external regulatory and oversight project requirements
- Assess and trend audit findings across program sites to identify improvement opportunities
- Preparation of quality plan
- Representative for internal & external quality assurance standards
- Liasoning with internal customers on all product quality aspects, CAPA etc.
- Internal communication & control on customer / product quality.
- Monitoring Inward Quality Control, ensuring all the functions of quality compliance with quality procedures
- Ensure ongoing efforts to improve staff knowledge of quality improvement methodologies
- Process Quality, consolidation of quality metrics, Document Controller
- Preparation of quality audit reports
