Role: - Quality Head

Reporting to: CEO

Location: - Bangalore

Domain: Real estate / construction

Experience: 15 years

Qualification - BE / ME - Civil (Must Have)

Job Description - In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2000

- Consistent & effective control of key processes and project management

- Promotion and standardization of good working practices.

- Effective data analysis, generation of key performance metrics.

- Monitor and audit the quality of all construction work.

- Work to not only find defects, but also to find the cause of the defect and develop a solution.

- Analyse engineering design problems and engineering test data

- Calculate engineering specifications

- Evaluate engineering data and product design

- Develop and administer the project QC Plan; Ensure that all subcontract agreements list QC requirements in appropriate clauses or attachments, include adherence to schedule as a contract term, and require qualified subcontractor QC engineers oversee specialty work.

- Approve QC criteria for each project work element to include materials, workmanship and other specifications, code compliance, tests to be performed and hold points to be observed; Inspect materials and equipment used for installation.

- Arrange laboratory testing as required, verify results, and maintain/submit testing records; Inspect and conduct operational tests of completed operating systems.

- Conduct inspections daily, ensure deficiencies are reported and recorded on deficiency reports, and corrective action has been taken or scheduled.

- Enforce effective and timely corrective actions; Prepare and submit daily reports on the appropriate form; Order subcontractors to stop work if materials, work methods or craftsmanship do not meet specifications; Order work resumed when deficiencies are corrected.
