Job Description :
- The incumbent is expected to develop quality strategy and action plans for Biologics Quality based on commercial and manufacturing strategy
- To institutionalize quality in all products, processes, practices and people in the Biologics organization

The client is a large pharmaceutical company with several manufacturing facilities across formulations, API and Biologics
Description
- Develop quality strategy and action plans for Biologics Quality based on commercial and manufacturing strategy;
- Conduct periodic reviews of plant QA and QC operations through monthly reports and meetings; identify trends with respect to NCs on internal, customer and health authority audits, incidents, complaints, RM failures, issues in implementation of new initiatives and facility upgradations;
- Build relations with external partners; analyse quality systems of partner and establish processes and procedures for External Manufacturing QA; as required conceptualise plan to build QA systems and bring them on par with Biologic's quality standards;
- Develop road plan for different quality improvement initiatives; identify resources (equipment, manpower) and process improvements required for implementation; analyze best practices and learning's from audits and risk assessments.
Profile
- Minimum 17 Years of Experience
- Strong experience with Biologics Quality (Both QA & QC)
- Demonstrated Leadership Ability
- Grass root understanding of Manufacturing Quality
