Role will be responsible for Quality and Culture across all the biz formats in the city.

Profile:

- Background in Quality/Operations Excellence/Lean, Six Sigma

- Been in leadership roles

- Location : Mumbai

KRA:

- Responsible for ensuring best in class customer experience.

- Responsible for driving culture of quality and excellence within the organisation.

- Build and manage the Mumbai Quality team

- Devise and drive key projects focused on enhancing customer experience

- Work closely with operations team to identify customer experience related issues and deploy short/long term solutions to mitigate poor experience
