Language : Fluency in English is a must
- Several years of professional in PCB or Semiconductor Industry
- Education in Quality Management
- Good Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of the PCB, Semiconductor and electronic market.
Job Description:
- Training initiatives for all kind of quality tools for the entire organization
- Effective Quality Target deployment to the staff.
- Drive the Quality Philosophy of the organization.
- Maintenance and Development of Certifications.
- Implementation and administration of integrated continuous quality/ performance improvement.
- Guarantees that quality standards and customer requirement are met.
- Effective Claim process.
- Keep the plant management informed about business activities, potential threats, opportunities and recommended actions.
- Ensure compliances with applicable rules and regulations of the management manual, laws, and regulations.
- Block/ Release/ Rework and Scrap of products in case of nonconformity,
- Block/ Release of production equipment, production process and materials in case of nonconformity.
- Reliable and fast physical, chemical and reliability analysis.
- Ensure effective data analysis and data mining capability.
- Ensure effective traceability system to support all kind of customer requirements.
Further responsibility:
- Design and implement the structure of the quality organization
- Define responsibility and authority for quality
- Set priorities and assure the execution of commitments.
- Define necessary infrastructure in terms of equipment and staff.
- Allocate human resources
- Decide on selection of new employees; decide on termination of existing contracts.
- Setup job description and responsibility for new employees
