1) Establish Quality Systems & Procedures for the organisation

2) Align training programs with the Quality philosophy and objectives of the companies

3) Identify re-engineering and continuous improvement opportunities

4) Drive implementation of identified initiatives through a mix of projects and small improvements

5) Create forums to share best practices and encourage the same

6) Demonstrate innovation in quality methodology & processes

7) Drive adherence to all the processes defined to match process requirements
