JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Transformation projects including analytics projects - Good knowledge and experience in handling high impact transformation projects

2. Good understanding of analytical concepts - Speech and text preferred

3. Understand Business objectives, As-Is Digital footprint and capabilities through SME interviews, Qualitative and quantitative data analysis

4. Work with Process/Domain SMEs to come up with Digital Roadmap & Weave Digital across the Overall E2E transformation Roadmap

5. Experience in Transformation role and working for cost reduction initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

1) 8+ years of experience and 5+ years in relevant field

2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3) Must have strong work ethics

4) Must be well organized and a self-starter

5) Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable

6) Proficient in Speech and Text analytics and associated software

7) Possess strong organizational and time management skills

9) Strong problem solving skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills

10) Black Belt Mandatory
