Quality Assurance Head - Plant - Auto Ancillary Industry (15-20 yrs)
QA Head (Plant) for Auto Ancillary Industry
Purpose - Overall responsibility for quality management systems, and customer satisfaction.

- Warranty
- SOP Adherence
- Customer satisfaction score
Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance as per laid down quality norms & SOP
- Ensuring zero PPM, timely response, closure of complaints, if any
- Reporting on process adherence, scrap, rejects, warranty & other process errors
- Training and development of the employees in the factory on QA norms, detection and path to improvement
- Periodic audit and educate vendor for quality system upgradation
Qualification:
Full time-B.Tech./B.Engg. (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Metallurgical) from reputed institute
Experience/Knowledge:
- Experience : 15+ years of experience in QA in auto ancillary / auto OEM / Automotive/ Automobile / Auto parts industry.
- Functional expertise, knowledge of QMS and quality tools, project management capabilities, statutory compliance, management experience, stakeholder management
- Must have knowledge in Lean manufacturing/ TPM /TQM /sixsigma/Kaizen
- Behavioral skills : Leadership skills, analytical ability, problem solving & decision making, process orientation and time management, interpersonal skills
