Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing focus groups, carrying out interviews, and conducting surveys
- Project supervision, management
- Understanding research requirements and designing the action plan
- Checking/Designing questionnaires, discussion guides
- Advising on the methodology of collection of data
- Checking the Design presented by the agency on-field brief notes, masked recruitment screeners
- Lead & manage the agency executing primary research
- Conducting FGDs, MGDs, IDIs physical setting as well as online (Good Moderations skills are a must)
- Handling case studies
- Telephonic interviews
- Content analysis
- Presenting findings to Top Management & Vertical Teams
- Rolling surveys online, writing research articles for publishing
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, agencies, freelancers, etc
- Managing budgets
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should have worked across Consumer Insights, Qualitative Market Research
- Very Good Moderation Skills (Must have executed FGDs, MGDs, IDIs, Ethnographies, etc
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- An ability to handle data to work in quantitative research as well (not a prerequisite but good to have for integration purposes)
- Accurate and clear written skills when producing questionnaires and reports
- To be methodical and well organized, with good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence when dealing with a wide variety of people.
