Leveraging from knowledge of Consortium Partners &amp; Experts in Sociology, Anthropology and Semiotics. Using secondary research &amp; reading articles on the category. Dig into past researches/data on category context, Study the Socio-Cultural Background Assimilate information and build hypothesis, Validate hypothesis &amp; Unearth new insights through Consumers interactions,Take opinion of Category Experts- Feedback into the core team Go back to consumer with our (new) ideas and enhance them Test /Monitor the ideas further if necessary About the role: - Take the lead in managing research projects, from scoping through to completion, including managing and developing client relationships - Produce insightful research reports with sophisticated and actionable advice to support your clients in their decision-making - Contribute to the development and profile of our research expertise with customers and key influencers - Ensure that customer expectation are fulfilled on all projects for which you are responsible - Take responsibility for the day to day management of a range of customer accounts and be the first point of contact for these accounts -ensuring that customer expectations are managed and fulfilled - Undertake and oversee the design and development of qualitative research instruments and in-person interviews, literature reviews, focus groups, ethnography and data analysis - Work with senior managers and directors to win new work from new and existing clients and proactively identify new business opportunities - Plan and manage resources effectively, including financial budgets Personal Skills: - Education (Masters): Specialization in one of the following streams: Business Administrations, Social Science, Psychology, Ethnography, Economics, Philosophy or Communication and journalism - Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills - Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
