As the Sourcing Manager, you will lead, develop and grow a strong team of sourcing specialists, foster operational excellence, and build creative talent sourcing solutions that will help in hiring the best technical talent for Qualcomm Americas organization spanning the US, Canada and Latin America. This role will : - Report to the Head of Qualcomm's Talent Acquisition function for the Americas region; - Will be based in Bangalore, India - Will operate on the UK shift (starting at 2:30 PM IST). - As a Talent Acquisition Partner to the business, and the face of the company, you'll have the opportunity to drive manager and candidate experience, process improvements, and add value to Qualcomms Talent Acquisition Team. Role Expectations : - Develop and implement sourcing strategies in support of strong business growth, with focus on building strong talent pipeline for niche technology roles, and help reduce time to hire - Build functional capabilities across the team, identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques, competitive intelligence, research, and talent mapping to develop diverse talent pools - Develop creative sourcing methods to funnel with diverse, quality engineering and non-engineering talent, in both the short and long term - Collaborate with recruiting team to develop strategies, priorities, and process improvements according to fluctuating business demand - Innovate and operationalize sourcing methods to deliver diverse talent to Qualcomm - Develop and implement key performance metrics for Sourcing team, track and report it for the goal of creating a world-class high-performing TA organization - Evaluate new sourcing tools and technologies that will help in optimizing teams productivity - Demonstrate flexibility and collaboration while dealing with rapidly changing business needs Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of technical recruiting leadership experience in Hi-tech/technology companies supporting US recruiting - 5+ years of strategic partnering across Talent Acquisition organization and stakeholder management - Proven experience in building sourcing techniques that helped maximize the impact of passive, referral and active candidates - Experience in scaling technical recruiting teams to meet needs of a growing recruiting organization - You will be a proven hands-on leader, able to coach and develop a high caliber and efficient team. - Expert knowledge of sourcing best practices and candidate sourcing channels. Solid understanding of technology industry, latest trends &amp; tools - Masters of Business Administration Preferred Qualifications: Leading a team of sources in India supporting various regions in a Hi-tech company will be an added advantage.
