Client is a 20 year old software product and services company based out of Hyderabad.
We are looking for a Manager HR with around 7-12 years of experience in all areas of HR
- The job role requires independent management of Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Talent Management and Payroll.
- The HR manager would be working directly with the CEO to redefine existing processes and implement industry standard practices to take the organisation to the next level.
- The candidate should have worked in the various HR functions and should be comfortable with setting up processes and interacting with senior management and employees.
- Candidates should be an MBA with good written and oral communication skills.
- Should be confident and energetic and willing to take on challenges. A go-getter attitude is a must!
