Digital Marketing - Growth Hacker - EdTech Startup (2-5 yrs)

We- re looking for an outstanding growth marketer to optimize and scale cost-effective growth campaigns across digital channels.

As the Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and digital sales via online channels through targeted marketing.

Responsibilities

1. End to end planning and execution of growth initiatives across channels(SEO, PPC, Content, Affiliates, Email, Video & Social media etc.) in collaboration with Product and Sales teams

2. Follow metrics-driven approach to set growth goals across planned growth initiatives

3. Formulation and execution of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with online/offline community and stakeholders

4. Translating business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact on revenue

5. Responsible for planning, implementing and executing online and offline customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth

6. Driving user and revenue growth

7. Proposing creative new approaches to capture existing demand and accelerate customer acquisition

8. Building and monitoring a comprehensive matrix to track progress on user acquisition, retention, referral, etc.

9. Measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)

10. Maintaining a healthy CTR/CPM across platforms

Experience: 2+ Years

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

2. Hands-on experience across essential acquisition marketing channels SEO, PPC, Content, Affiliates, Email, Video & Social media etc.

3. Fundamental understanding of integrated, multi-channel marketing concepts and best practices

4. Proven expertise in developing, executing, and measuring integrated growth campaigns

5. Proven analytical and data-driven background with ability to interpret large datasets for actionable results

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively across various departments

7. Experience in a Startup is highly preferred

8. Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM

9. Strong collaboration skills and is able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, agile, deadline-driven, high-pressure environment

10. Exhibit strong ownership, responsibility, and accountability for your projects and the end product
