Manager, Human Resource JOB SUMMARY : QSC is looking for a talented HR Professional. The primary role of the HR Manager is to align business and HR strategy for the organization's operation. The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including end-to-end employee lifecycle, compensation and benefits structure, performance and competency framework, enforcing company policies and practices and continuous learning and development of the workforce. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. 2. Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants collaborates with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. 3. Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. 4. Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. 5. Manage the performance appraisal and coordinate with the HQ Team for seamless execution. 6. Manage and monitor the end-to-end employee lifecycle of the employees& drive HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience. 7. Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. 8. Maintains compliance with national, state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices. 9. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes in human resources, talent management, and employment law. 10. Manage the payroll cycle and coordinate with the Payroll team based in the US for error-free payroll execution. 11. Manager Office Administration to provide the best working facility to employees. 12. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : 1. HR professional with 8+ years of progressive, diverse HR work experience and exposure to the global work environment. 2. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource discipline/humanitarian studies. 3. Extensive knowledge of HR compliance and Labor Laws. 4. Demonstrated background in HR with strong capability in managing stakeholders, taking initiative and lateral thinking. 5. Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience. 6. Assign and supervise the work of the HR organization. 7. Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior. 8. Remain flexible in order to adapt to changes in the work environment. 9. Study and apply new information, and take initiative. 10. Excellent time-management, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills. 11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. 12. Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce.
