Roles & Responsibilities : - Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables - Conceptualizes the client issue, leverages previous experience & research to design the best solution - Makes decisions regarding process design, data model, and technology solution to solve problems - Ensures analyses/processes are rigorous and thorough to uphold delivery quality - Establishes oneself as a trusted partner for the clients - Works on multiple client engagements, strengthening analytic and project management skills Required Skillset : - 3+ years of work experience in pharma consulting, healthcare strategy, analytics, or similar - Intellectual curiosity: self-motivated to solve unstructured problems with an analytical mindset and find the extra "aha!" - Grit: demonstrated history of personal achievement and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done - Passion: excitement to work in a dynamic, start-up environment - Client presence: ability to relate to clients, communicate effectively, and establish relationships - Dedication: commitment to integrity, learning, and to bringing the highest level of resolve each and every day
