Lead CEOs office :&nbsp; - Lead CEOs office is a critical role who works as a sounding board, a confidant and a partner to the CEO in driving business to the next trajectory of growth. This role will directly report to the CEO and work with the CEO to run &amp; grow the company. In 18 to 24 month the role holder will graduate into a senior operating role within the company.&nbsp; - The role will currently be remote for the foreseeable future till we get back to our office in New Delhi. Remuneration for the role would include a base compensation during the remote working period and esops as per company policy. You will :&nbsp; - Lead and execute mission critical projects involving growth, technology, market expansion, customers etc. end to end from planning, management, measurement and closure - Manage day-to-day aspects of the business spanning strategic planning, leadership team coordination, recruitments and cross functional initiatives - Define, track and analyse dashboards and metrics for evaluating , course correcting and even realigning the course of business - Liaise and manage deep relationships with leadership, investors, venture funds, board members, government officials and advisors - Assist in the preparation of boards and leadership packs, management presentation and other key communications for entire company You have : - 1-4 years of cross functional, operating experience across departments (Eg.
