JOB PURPOSE

Sales manager is a leadership role, with responsibility for overseeing Sales operations, achieving targets, strategy planning to meet targets and managing Sales team by training & mentoring them as per requirement.

Responsibilities : 

- Design, communicate, implement strategy for the achievement of sales target in the assigned Zone.

- Train and assist the sales team in achieving their targets

- Manage profitability through the achievement of targets, pricing decisions

- Work on pricing with COO to meet customer target price

- Ensure processes/systems designed are adhered by the Sales team

- Timely collection of payments

- Comply to all local compliance requirements. Ethical in his approach when dealing with company assets and people

- Contribute to the creation of a healthy and positive work environment for all
