Associate Director - Business Development_ Responsibilities: - Lead pan India business development team building up to 10 Regional Managersand 50+ Business Development Executives targeted at: - Enterprise businesses and major Fortune 1000 companies. - Large residential property developers, property/facilities managers, complexes - Build deep and strong relationships with key decision makers/ property management at office parks &companies. And nested within the office parks the tenant companies- HR, administration and property managers. - Primarily scout out and build a pipeline of prospects at big office parks, companies and large builders/developers to deploy QikPod lockers, different solutions/services. - Be the SPOC for all major enterprise accounts: winning the account, introducing QikPod services, maintaining, retaining and growing the accounts. - Own the operational execution for introduction of QikPod services at accounts won: coordinate with main business development/sales team, network engineering/operations, HR, administrative, and reporting to and coordinating with Bangalore headquarters (HQ). - Independently visit prospective sites and present QikPod solution to large national and regional developers, property owners/managers. - Diligently and in a rigorous, process-oriented manner,closely monitoron a daily basisto ensure alignment and coordinating, and meeting of pipeline milestones: new leads, follow-ups, signups/wins, and installations/deployments. - Closely lead the partnership/relationship building with QikPod partners (e-commerce & logistics companies) at the individual city level across the country to collaborate on the adoption/introduction of varied QikPod services to large office parks, offices and developments. - Actively recruit, onboard, direct and motivate a team of Regional managers and their direct reports to deliver each region's monthly and quarterly goals. - Prepares daily, weekly, monthly and - on-demand- reports of BD status/performance by city - Directly responsible for the set-up, routine updates, hygiene and collective team inputs of BD pipeline into a Saas based CRM platform. - Has to trouble-shoot and solve customer issues and complaints by personally visiting sites as required. - Strategize and execute all the above responsibilities for the pan-India residential market as well ranging from mid-sized to large apartments and gated communities. Desired Skills: - College graduates, preferably MBAs with 7+ years minimum total experience of which a significant tenure spent in primarily pitching Fortune 1000 / large corporates, winning accounts and growing them both independently. - Hands on attitude and style of management with a demonstrated level of energy and willingness to be in the field across cities for up to 2-3 weeks per month. - Should have led at least a mid-sized team of high-performance junior BD executives and Regional/City/Zonal/Area managers - Proficienti n using search engines and business databases, professional networking sites (LinkedIn) to identify contacts and leads. - Should have excellent presentation skills. - Excellent spoken & written English communication skills and proficiency in regional languages - Hindi is mandatory. - Flexible team player who is well organized and very professional. - High energy and enthusiasm. Required to work 6 days/week, travel over 60% of the month, long hours when needed and weekends (compensatory off will be given during weekdays as necessary) - Willingness to be compensated on a combination of a base fixed salary and a variable performance-based bonus.
