Responsibilities: Operations: - Responsible for the end-to-end operations of the business in the city and delivery of the overall operational metrics and sales and EBITDA targets of the city - Identify and evaluate the key channels to reach the target segment in the city - Responsible for business development and customer acquisition of all the clinics in the city through Corporate tie-ups and ties-ups with related entities - End to end execution of the identified BTL activities for all the clinics in the city - Ability to demonstrate achievement of results eg. Revenue and EBITDA achievement as per the business plan, cost savings, business improvements Marketing Communication - Devise and plan annual media activity (includes print, radio, sms campaigns, BTL), ensuring all associated digital communications are fully integrated. - Build strategic relationships for increasing customer reach and manage agencies and vendors - Ensure articulation of the organization's desired image and position and consistent communication of the same to both internal and external stakeholders - Act as the organization's representative with the media - Ensure that the organization regularly conducts relevant market research and use data analytics to monitor trends. Planning and Budgeting - Responsible for the achievement of the marketing/communication goals and financial objectives and report the progress to the Head of Marketing, CEO and Chairman - Develop short term and long term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications activities and monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance - Recommend, develop, implement and evaluate systems and processes necessary for the smooth operations of the Marketing function - Keep abreast of the developments in the field of marketing and communication in the field of Healthcare Marketing Strategy - Work closely with the leadership to develop and maintain a strategic perspective in organizational direction and decision making in all Marketing activities - Develop and coordinate means to seek regular input from all key stakeholders regarding quality, relevance and impact of all marketing programs Qualifications - MBA in Marketing from Tier I/II Management Institutes, with minimum experience of 5 years in operations and marketing with demonstrated success, preferably in Healthcare sector. - Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing and communications function. Experience handling operations is preferred. - Ability to analyze data and provide intelligent insights to the leadership and assist in the decision making process - Ability to work in a fast paced environment, deal with uncertainty, and manage multiple projects at a time - Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders - Strong knowledge of on-the-ground marketing - Strong Oral and Written communication skills - Commitment to working with shared leadership and cross-functional teams
