Responsibilities - Lead the strategy, execution and optimization of paid digital efforts including SEM, SMM, native ads. - Lead the design of overall structure of SEM and Facebook ads accounts. - Evaluate online consumer behavior, key metrics, optimize click through rates and conversion rates to drive campaign results - Optimize landing pages, keywords relevance and ads copy to drive search quality score - Use Data Analytics to measure and monitor performance of digital marketing efforts and provide insight on online marketing trends. - Keep abreast of the emerging trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and provide relevant insights to the leadership on a regular basis - Work together with the agency to meet the organization's goals - Develop and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting dashboards - Manage the company's social media channels and paid campaigns to maintain a strong connection with customers Requirement - Minimum 2+ years of Relevant experience in similar industry - Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices - Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM - Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) - In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite). - Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints. - Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). - Knowledge of Native ad platforms like Taboola, outbrain, Columbia - Skills and experience in creative content writing - Project Management Skills: Needs to be good at handling time-sensitive projects and delivering work as per set deadlines - Analytical mindset and critical thinking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - MBA in marketing preferred
