Job Description: - Study and analyze historical data to get insights and accordingly conducting audits - To manage the end to end collection audit process - Identify risks and frauds at branch and agency level - Identifying business process risks - Identify gaps in the current audit process, suggesting changes and implementation - Developing recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to client and other stakeholders - Produce reports highlighting issues and following up on action planning - Supervise, coach and develop junior members of staff within teams - Active engagement with clients to gain a good understanding of the business and discuss improvement areas - The profile will require travel across India Requirements: - Charted Accountant with 4-6 years - Experience in Internal audits at Banks/NBFC - Excellent knowledge of Excel, word and Power-point - Good Analytical skills
