Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Generate regular dashboards and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
Market & Competitor Research
- Identify emerging trends, gaps, and opportunities in the market landscape.
Campaign Effectiveness
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, and channel strategy.
Customer & Segmentation Analysis
- Support segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Strategy Support
- Help optimize marketing spend by identifying high- and low-performing channels and tactics.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platforms such as: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SEMrush, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
- Strong Excel and/or SQL skills for data manipulation and visualization.
