About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our most important client relationships.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth from assigned key accounts.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to maximize account revenue.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Develop account plans, forecasts, and budgets aligned with client goals and company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing agreements in partnership with legal and finance teams.
- Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Proactively resolve client issues and escalate where necessary to maintain strong partnerships.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors /master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development roles.
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with senior client stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
