Qalara - Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence/Automation (3-8 yrs)

Senior Analyst will be responsible for data-based decision making at Qalara.
Responsibilities:
- Build internal tools for business process automation
- Develop ML models for personalization and customization
-Web scraping for business intelligence needs
- Analyse data and share actionable insights with business teams
- Actively partner with planning team on inventory planning; share actionable insights from data
- Collaborate with sales team and actively share data driven insights
- Automate business reporting requirements
- Program/project Management of key cross-functional projects - requirement gathering, tool development and driving adoption
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience working as a business analyst
- Proficiency in Python is mandatory; experience in Beautiful Soup/Scrapy/Selenium is an added advantage;
- experience in building ML modes and image processing
- Should be comfortable in excel
- B.Tech in Computer Science or related engineering discipline or MBA
- Proven stakeholder management and alignment skills
- Self-driven, curious and ability to work independently
- Highly effective communication and collaboration across teams.
