Brief responsibilities of the incumbent are : - Revenue generation - Key Account Management of global accounts - Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Taking a consultative approach of identifying client requirements & providing suitable solutions - Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Skills Required : - Preferably B. Tech/MBA with 8- 14 years of experience in selling trainings/ learning solutions to IT, ITES, BFSI & Telecom industry. - Must have experience in selling training programs, certifications or assessments - Strong communication & presentation skills - Strong understanding of training needs Above all - A Breakthrough Performer!
