Job Description:
Operation and Maintenance - Facility Management Service
Responsibilities :
Overall control and monitoring of all operations including O & M / Electro Mechanical Services.
Responsible for formulation of site specific SOPs and ensure implementation of the same.
Organize continuous on the job training as per laid down training schedule.
Continuous interaction with clients and field staff to improve quality and performance.
Adherence to laid down safety norms.
Ensure timely periodic and preventive maintenance at all sites.
Continuous interaction with clients with focus towards enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsible for recruitment of adequate field staff and their optimal deployment.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Engineering- Electrical /Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience of operations in facility 7 years.
Ability to influence remote teams.
Excellent communication skills.
- Good IT skills.
Unparalleled bias for action and ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
Understand client requirements and monitor working of teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Willing to travel within state
Reporting to: AGM- Operation/ GM/ CEO
Location: Corporate office, Malleshwara, Bengaluru, Karnataka
