DESIGNATION : HR Recruitment Talent Acquisition.

REPORTS TO : Senior Manager-HR/ CEO/ Director

LOCATION : Pyome Infra Solutions Pvt Ltd., Head Office, Bangalore

JOB SUMMARY:

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for complete HR activities including hiring, compensation and benefits, appraisals, statutory compliances etc.

- Coordination and Implementation of all policies as enumerated in the HR manual.

- Creation of ESI/EPF & registration.

- Coordination of Conduct of all types of interviews, on boarding processes etc.

- Implementation of mandatory regulation with respect to standard deductions and all aspects related to HSE.

- Conduct and attend of all mandatory audits both in PYOME as well as clients office.

- Administration and execution of monthly employees payroll.

- External/Internal Employees assessment and coordination of R&R program.

- Liaison duties with various government offices with regard to HR functions.

- Responsible for maintaining social calendar and conduct of social and extracurricular activities.

- Attending customer compliance audit and submission of monthly, half yearly and annual compliance reports.

- Office Vendor Management activities

Reporting : Senior Manager/GM/CEO/Director

QUALIFICATIONS :

Desirable : MBA in HR/B.Com/BBM/MSW

EXPERIENCE :

Desirable : 2 to 4 Years

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS : MBA (HR)/ Degree /MSW Certificates

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT :

Six days in a week

Location of Work : Head Office, Malleshwaram, Bangalore
