Job Description: - Responsible for wing to wing legal and contracting support to various Internal Firm Services of PwC, India. - Negotiating, reviewing and drafting various Agreements like, Services, Software and other miscellaneous Agreements like NDA, Leave and License etc. - Well versed in Companies Act and other applicable laws including labor legislation in India. - Well versed with handling the Statutory Compliance function. - Well versed with the requirements of Firms / Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP). - Hands-on experience in litigation including strategizing, drafting, reviewing and filing of various Replies, Rejoinders, Plaints, Written Statements etc in High Court, Supreme Court, including maintaining of legal files. - Filing of Annual Returns of Companies / Firms / LLP's and various other Forms with the respective authorities. - Preparing minutes of the meetings, Inspect document files at MCA and at various Courts. - Well versed in briefing lawyers including Senior Advocates. Desired Profile: - Ability to work independently. - Proficient in secretarial, company law and other compliances. - Experience of handling legal documents. - Expert knowledge of Corporate Laws. - Good verbal &amp; non-verbal communication skills.
