HR Operations - Senior Manager

Activities to be performed :

1. Recruitment Services - Offer release process lifecycle

2. HC service helpdesk Process

3. HC contract management process

4. Handling Audits and Compliance requirements for HC processes as well as vendors

5. Efficiently using the available resources to deliver consistently excellent service

6. Ensure compliance with policies and documentation of process

7. Fulfil the role of an escalation manager for all major issues and provide timely resolution to the stakeholders

8. Provide objective performance management, Training and development

9. Manage service desk resources including full lifecycle of recruitment, appraisal, and disciplinary management

10. Identify process improvement and automation opportunity

11. HR Helpdesk for both active and inactive employees

12. Provide hands-on program management of our core HR services, partnering with the COEs and TAs to drive high quality execution of HR Operations, HRIS.

13. Person will be responsible to lead the upgrade of HR Shared Service and handle detailed program plans covering deliverables, program milestones, requirements.

14. Guide team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and previous experience

15. Leads and manages Vendor Management function for HR - Vendor Onboarding, Maintenance, contract review and renewals, vendor performance, Vendor offboarding, Vendor Invoice review and approvals for payments

16. Assists for External and Internal audits for HR staffing and vendor management
