Background Verification process including Vendor Management. 3. Provide hands-on program management of our core HR services, partnering with the COEs and HRBPs to drive high quality execution of HR Operations, HRIS, Employee Relations. 4. Person will be responsible to lead the upgrade of HR Shared Service and handle detailed program plans covering deliverables, program milestones, requirements related to Onboarding, Background verification. 5. Guide team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and previous experience 6. Good working knowledge on any ERP - WD will be added advantage. 7. Should have worked on automation related to OB & BGV along with creating Helpdesk where required through Technology and BOT. 8. Strong in reporting and Analytics. Requirements: - 15+ years - MBA
