Scope of Responsibility

- Responsible for driving in person events/employee engagement initiatives in Hyderabad location

- Managing, maintaining and reporting of People experience metric, data gathering, analysis, creation of dashboard for all Pre hire engagement initiatives

- Front ending stakeholder management in the location

- Supporting and executing Pre hire programs which consist of engaging with pre hires

- Managing and reporting of People experience budgets

- Co-ordinating for various People experience initiatives in collaboration with other team members

Requirements:

- Experience in working on Employee engagement initiatives and dashboard reporting

- Good proficiency in Advance Excel, Power Bi, worked on Data representation and presentations

- Good to have - Experience in handling events and vendor co-ordination

- Based out of Hyderabad and would be responsible for driving events in the location

- Experience - Atleast 4-5 years of experience in conducting Employee Engagement initiatives

- Soft skills - Ability to work in fast paced environment

- Level of experience

- Education/qualifications

- Industry experience

- Technical capability

- Key personal attribute - Preferably with a degree or Certification in Human Resources along with good analytical skills

- Good in Advance Excel - will be utilized for Analytical work & budget maintaining

- Soft skills - Self- starter, ability to work in fast paced environment and able to operate independently

- Experience in creating dashboard and data creation
