Key Responsibilities: - Understand business requirements, provide estimates to build required solution - Manage and manipulate large amounts of data for analysis and reporting - Create Dashboards and Data Visualisations help business with Data trends and analysis - Evaluate, design, and develop business intelligence reporting and dashboards according to functional specifications, business requirements while maintaining data integrity and data quality - Work collaboratively functional HR team to translate business information needs into well-defined data requirements - Leverage transactional information, data from various HR systems and applications to model, extract, and transform into reporting and analytics - Work on implementation of data analytics projects independently with less direct supervision from manager - Adhere to TAT and SLA targets set by stakeholders - Knowledge of the calculation and logic of HR reporting metrics is a must Skill Requirement: Level of experience - 6-9 years/10-13 years Qualifications - Full time MBA in HR from a reputed institute with minimum 50% throughout (from Class X onwards) Industry experience - at least 5 - 10 relevant years with reputed brands in IT/ ITeS industries Technical Capability - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and analytical solutions Key Personal Attributes: - Possess standard project management skills - Strong analytical skills - Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI for data wrangling and visualisation - Experience in building automations and macros. - Actively owns personal and team development and learning in line with personal and business objectives - Manages internal stakeholders across all levels - Leads through developing and supporting others. Can understand people requirements and apply to deliver solutions. Can work globally and adapt to behaviors. - Acts as a coach to junior team members - Ability to handle pressure and work with tight deadlines maintaining equanimity - Communication skills, particularly feedback and listening skills - Interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team - Time management and prioritization - Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with employees, and managers
