Senior Associate
- 3 to 7 years, Pan India - FMCG or CPG Experience is must
- MBA from tier-1 business college is must
- Experience in working in D&A or Digital transformation projects
- Experience of deriving insights from large business data sets with Excel (PowerbI, Alteryx, SQL skills bonus)
- Hands-on experience eliciting requirements during real time collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong consulting skills - Experience in preparation of strategic project/product roadmap
- Facilitating the development and documentation of use cases
- Ability to present and explain project specific information to diverse types of audiences
- Define and document business and functional requirements, business process maps (""As-Is/To be"") flows and diagrams
- Research, classify, and prioritize business, user and functional requirements
- Solid skills effectively managing multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment.
