The incumbent will work with the client and project teams to support global engagements specific to Pharma Life-Sciences from India to apply technical principles specific to clinical and commercial operations, quality management and continuous improvement, and expert judgment in the identification of potential growth and strategy. The incumbent must have prior Clinical Study Management, monitoring, and audit experience. Job responsibilities mainly include activities driven towards delivering results - conduct analyses and develop insights, prepare excel models, analyse large sets of data, support project lead, work directly with project teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, organize and prepare recommendations to address client problems, and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities. Position Requirements Knowledge Preferred: Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and knowledge in the Pharmaceutical &amp; Life Sciences sector in Good Clinical Practice Quality Management System (GCP- QMS). Applies knowledge, expertise and global experience in the principles and applications of GCP, Quality ICH guidelines to support audits, procedure development, identification and monitoring of deviations, investigations and corrective action and preventative action (CAPA), and Inspection Readiness. Skills Preferred: The incumbent will be coordinating closely with the US teams to: - Collaborate with members of the Operations team on the implementation and maintenance of the oversight, audit, and inspection follow up (CAPA). - Provide GCP compliance oversight of internal systems and processes as well as those of CROs, Vendors, and Clinical Investigator Sites - Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) in clinical research, pharmaceutical drug discovery and development, and key therapeutic areas. - Develop, modify, and utilize tools to track and trend areas of deficiency, potential compliance issues, and clinical trial quality. - Assist in the revisions of procedural documents to drive and support in-house continuous improvement including streamlining processes and maintaining GCP compliance. - Problem-solving expertise and delivering significant business results that utilize strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, and taking individual initiative - Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to various situations and audiences - Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking and primary and secondary analyses of large and complex data. Years of Experience: - PwC's MC team currently seeks experienced consultant with experience between 3 - 5 years. Relevant work experience will be considered based on the interview process. Professional and Educational Background -&nbsp; - Position requires relevant post-graduate technical degrees (such as, MBA M Pharma, M Sc. in Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research, etc.). - Working knowledge and experience supporting drug development in a quality/compliance function /applicable compliance field. - Strong consulting skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Tableau Additional Information Travel Requirements: - Travel to client locations may be required as per project requirements.
