The incumbent will work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India in Health Industries Advisory, driving strategic and operational initiatives, implementing innovative solutions, measuring results early and often, and ensuring performance meets the desired targets.

Job responsibilities mainly include activities driven towards delivering results including:

1. Undertake market assessments and business planning for clients in healthcare

2. Understanding client issues and problems, develop hypotheses, and undertake relevant analysis to support thehypotheses

3. Developing insights for operational performance improvement by manipulating and interpreting large volumes of data using advanced dataanalytics

4. Drafting presentations of analytical findings and participate in delivery to clients.

5. Engage in communications with the onsite teams for all important functions including data understanding/ exploration and project delivery

6. Working with designated team leaders to build firmwide competencies and methodologies that can be deployed in global deliverymodel

Position Requirements

Knowledge Preferred:

- Candidates should demonstrate experience and knowledge in US Healthcare including Provider, Payer and Life Sciences consulting

- Candidates should have exposure to US Healthcare provider and payer operations, operational performance improvement including labor and productivity assessments, supply chain management and process mapping

Skills Preferred:

The incumbent should be able to demonstrate proven and thorough knowledge /success in supporting large teams through the design and implementation of changes to strategy and operations (including people, processes, and technology changes) by:

- Ability to demonstrate strong business and global acumen by bringing business knowledge, innovation, and a global, cross-culturalmindset

- Demonstrating Strong analytical skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Ability to create accurate spreadsheets in Excel, Access and presentations in PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAS/SQL/R would be an added advantage

- Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking; and primary and secondary analyses of large and complex data.

- Delivering significant business results that utilize strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, and taking individual initiative

- Leading project work streams and working autonomously with minimaldirection

- Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to various situations andaudiences,

Years of Experience:

- PwC's MC team currently seeks associates/experienced associates with experience between 2-4 years. Relevant work experience will be considered based on the interview process.

Professional and Educational Background:

MBA/MHA degree from premier B school.

Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations may be required as per project requirements.
