Subject : Power Infrastructure Expert | Manager | Power & Utilities | Big 4 (Advisory)

- The firm is one of the leading professional services network of firms across the globe operating in three key areas Assurance, Advisory, and Tax.

- The Power and Utilities practice is one of the key business areas under the Advisory line of service, where the team works with host of clients that contribute to the power value chain.

- The clients include private sector, state and central ministries / regulators, International Development Agencies (IDAs) and multilateral bodies.

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Market entry and Investment decision making support

- Regulatory support to multiple stakeholders across the value chain ; Project risk assessment

- Policy formulation and advocacy, program formulation

- Capital project development and program management

- Climate proofing of power sector infrastructure and processes

- Project design and capacity building

- Technology adoption and implementation

- Expansion / Growth strategy / EBITA enhancement / Turnaround plan

- Commercial due diligence

- Energy management plan and strategy including energy cost optimization

Key skills :

- Client management

- Understanding of the power sector value chain and applicable boundary conditions is a plus

- Convincing communication skills and ability to articulate through writing and presentation

- Financial modelling, financial analysis, bid advisory, commercial and financial due diligence

- Creation of bidding consortiums, supporting JV and MoU between parties

- Ability to generate ideas / proposals and convert them into actionable engagements for the firm

Education : BE / B Tech + MBA (Power specialization from NPTI / UPES, etc. or Premier institutes)

Experience :

- 5 to 10 years ; Candidates having Power / Infrastructure experience will be preferred

- Senior Consultants / Assistant Managers in Big 4 consulting with 2 -3 years of experience can also apply
