Position / Job Title : Manager
Qualification : CA, CS, LLB
Experience : 5+ years experience in Big 4 M&A tax / legal firm having restructuring practice SBU M&A Tax
Job Description :
PwCs M&A Tax & Regulatory practice provides end-to-end solutions for different types of domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers, demergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, inbound and outbound advisory, transaction and business model structuring, due diligence and family arrangements.
The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of a Manager will include the following:
- Ideation and end to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness
- Conducting due diligence on targets
- Client relationship management
- Interaction with Government authorities
- MIS management
- People management
- Business development
- Interaction with other advisors and professionals within and outside PwC
Profile:
Requirements :
Working in this discipline will see a Manager working on multiple engagements and teams (sizes of which will vary depending on client/project). To qualify for the same a Manager will need:
- To be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of relevant experience
Other prerequisite skills include:
- Demonstrating innovative and critical thinking in providing solutions to client queries & managing projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Well-rounded commercial and economic awareness and understanding of the financial markets
