Position: Manager

We are looking for a Manager with 7-12 years of relevant experience, to work in the Healthcare sector of our Analytics Consulting practice in Mumbai. You will be working with scientists, software developers and business team towards developing a unique platform applying simulation modeling of biological systems in predictive healthcare. Your roles and responsibilities would include leading a team of data scientists and engineers alongside consultants in the U.S for high-end analytics consulting engagements, providing scientific and business recommendations to project teams, and helping provide leadership to the Analytics Consulting practice. Education:

- Minimum Degree Required: Master's degree in science, biomedical engineering, or computational biology. Candidates must have college level coursework in physics, multivariable calculus, linear algebra and differential equations.

- Degree Preferred: Ph.D. in biomedical engineering or allied disciplines with knowledge of systems biology or computational biology preferred. Other engineering fields, applied mathematics, and computational science will be considered.

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Mathematical modeling of physical or biological systems

- Statistical data analysis

- Algorithm development

- Read and understand technical academic literature on biological systems, as well as proficiency in communicating the findings to non-experts.

- One or more computer programming languages (Python, Java, C, Go, Julia), simulation software (Matlab, AnyLogic) or statistical software (R, SAS, SPSS).

- Experience handling databases e.g. SQL and SPARK is a plus

- Prior experience of having worked in consulting/analytics environment
