Position: Experienced Associate- PMP We are looking for Experienced Associates with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience, to work in the Healthcare sector practice in Mumbai. Experienced Associates will work as an integral part of business consulting teams in India alongside clients and consultants in the U.S., performing high-end analysis and providing business recommendations to project teams. We are looking for a PMP Professional who is knowledgeable in the area of agile and waterfall project management. US Healthcare Industry experience is a plus. Education: - Bachelor's degree required in business, health administration, engineering or a related field, Masters/MBA from reputed institute(s) preferred. - Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP), Scrum Master Certification, CSM, Lean or Six Sigma certification Required Skills: - Large Scale Transformation in healthcare Industry. - Lead and prioritize activities within large scale transformations that include business and technology transformations. - Deep understanding of all phases of a transformation including business case developing, tracking and monitoring progress leveraging various tools and benefits realization - Experience developing metrics and measurement indicators to track progress during and after a transformation - Develop project plans and manage project stakeholders, project teams, risks, schedules and budgets. - Expertise in Healthcare Portals, e-Business Applications of Health plans, HIPAA 5010 and ICD-10 compliance is a plus - Knowledge of systems integration and conversion tasks - Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management - Experience of engaging with International clients. - Ability to contribute beyond the defined scope of work - Strong aptitude along with good academic and professional background - Knowledge of project management tools including but not limited to, MS Project, Rally, MS Sharepoint, Project Online as well as reporting tools such as Tableau and MS Excel Roles and Responsibilities: - Business Case Benefits Management: Maintain and support the tracking of the business case benefits management platform that will support the monitoring and tracking of benefits and KPIs on a regular basis. - Stakeholder Analysis and Management: Develop stakeholder analysis maps that supports program execution. - Decision Support: Develop prioritization tools and perform analysis that support decision making criteria. - Planning Management: Provide ongoing planning management support to the transformation using program management tools and processes with automation and reporting. - Manage multiple projects using Agile / Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Waterfall) - Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters. - Develop and maintain cost-conscious project plans that meet organizational objectives and timelines for both technology solutions and business process improvement. - Create vendor management frameworks to track and communicate with internal and external vendors throughout the transformation - Proactively manage and mitigate issues and risks. - Manage organizational resources efficiently - time, people and budget. - Manage and communicate the status of active and pending projects to all stakeholders on a regular basis, including business stakeholders and development teams. - Successfully manage the delivery of projects including end-to-end management, from needs analysis and requirements gathering through development and user acceptance testing and training. - Interact with and advise consultants/clients in US as a subject matter expert to formalize data sources, understand data, acquire and use relevant business knowledge - Analyze, develop recommendations, and conduct so-what analysis - Ability to build storylines and make presentations - Manage development activities in an agile and/or waterfall fashion. This includes running the Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, and Sprint Demos / Retrospectives.
