Position: Experienced Associate We are looking for Experienced Associates with 2-4 years of experience to work in our Analytics Consulting practice in Mumbai. Experienced Associates will work as an integral part of business analytics teams in India alongside clients and consultants in the U.S., performing high-end analysis and providing business recommendations to project teams. Education B.Tech./B.E./Master's Degree/M.Phil./MBA from reputed institute(s) Required Skills: Successful candidates will have demonstrated the following skills and characteristics: - Demonstrated knowledge or advanced business analytics and data mining solutions, having worked preferably in M&amp;A. - Statistical methods in support of data analysis esp. in Due Diligence for buy side and sell side deals. - Experience analyzing or managing accounting, financial or transactional data - Solid understanding of multiple business cycles (Accounts Receivable/ Payables, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain, Inventory, etc.) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as demonstrable evidence of effective team leadership, client relationship development and engagement management. - Experience designing interactive visual interfaces (Tableau) - Tools to do data ETL (Extract, Transform and Load), particularly Alteryx Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and execute on project and analysis plans under the guidance of Project Manager. - Interact with and advise consultants/clients in US as a subject matter expert to formalize data sources, understand data, acquire and use relevant business knowledge - Develop analytics path to align with overall project objective - Validate analysis &amp; process with consultants/clients in US - Analyze, develop recommendations, and conduct so-what analysis - Ability to build storylines and make presentations - Significant contribution to knowledge and firm building activities - Manage large data sets; apply basic statistical techniques to understand data What we offer: - Opportunity to work with an impressive array of leading companies that are strategically dependent on information and technology, Associates can expect to get broad exposure to a variety of industries and assignments - An excellent opportunity to switch careers and/or focus on management consulting - An opportunity to work with fast paced and innovative environment along with a group of world class and entrepreneurial professionals
