MBA from Tier 1 institute ONLY with excellent academic track record

Nature of work: Strategy consulting engagements encompassing entry strategy, growth strategy, market assessment, business plan reviews, commercial due diligence etc.

Role description :

- Understand client and industry context and articulate client issues & challenges

- Creating project deliverables with clear messages and meaningful representation of analysis and perspectives

- Support and/ or lead business development and create winning proposals; develop leads through internal and external network

- Mentor junior team members; coaching and people management responsibilities

Candidate requirements :

- Should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and solving unstructured business problems

- Strong conceptual understanding of business functions (Finance, Marketing, Operations concepts)

- Self starter

- Experience in corporate strategy/strategy consulting or in a industry role

- Strong industry understanding (No industry preference)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
