The Roles and Responsibilities are: Note: This is a Strategy Consulting role for the Government reforms and Infrastructure development sector. - As a member of the Energy Oil &amp; Gas business, you will work as part of a innovative and problem solving team with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. - The area of work would be focused on leading consulting engagements in the Oil &amp; Gas sector - The candidate shall be responsible for business development and project delivery - Business development shall include opportunity tracking, business development, proposal making, etc. as per company's risk/legal procedures - The candidate should be highly motivated and aware of market developments and opportunities for identifying growth opportunities - Project delivery shall include client management, project management, invoicing, sub-contractor management, internal/external expert management, technical delivery, deliverable management, etc. - Firm building and intellectual capital development - Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations - Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations - Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firms/clients- expectations - Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties - Focus on building trusted relationships - Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.
