BE/B.Tech preferred in manufacturing domains (Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Chemical, Textiles, Ceramics, Materials, etc.) or Computer Science.

Overall experience of 4 to 8 years

- Mix of industry and consulting or only consulting experience would be ideal

- Candidates with experience only in the industry would need to demonstrate experience in running improvement projects/special or consulting projects and cross-disciplinary exposure for a significant portion of their stint. Such candidates will typically be part of leadership development programs or from the internal strategy/ operational improvement teams

Competency and Domain Requirements :

- Candidate should have excellent program/project management, communications, analytical, relationship development (particularly with senior industry leaders), change management and team management skills.

- Exposure to Manufacturing Industry in the areas of procurement, production, maintenance, planning, quality, logistics etc. Consulting experience in the above domains for at least 5-6 years and hands-on knowledge in the improvement philosophies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, TOC etc) would be highly desirable.

- Candidates who have been interviewed in last 6-12 months need not apply.
