- The incumbent will work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India in that driving company's strategic initiatives, assessing market landscape and identifying market entry, market expansion opportunities and growth strategies, while ensuring client's business position and vision are factored.  - Within this role, the incumbent will understand client's businesses, competencies, business model, and evaluate market opportunities through primary and secondary research covering market landscape, competition, customers, channel strategies, regulatory aspects and other areas that impact client's business.  Position Requirements  Job description:  - Lead and work on client engagement teams executing Market Assessment projects which support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for business.   - Be responsible for understanding the client's growth vision, business model, resources, strategy and planning and strategy and risks.  - Evaluate market trends, value chain, competition, business and operational models, customer segments, regulations, channel strategies, Identify opportunities for market entry, market expansion and growth operational improvement, including resolving integration issues Synergy assessment, Headcount and Facilities optimization etc.  - Assess market opportunities and work with the client teams to develop a business case, including capital investments required, viable operating and business model options and cost model.   - Effectively participate on teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, while staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.  - The candidate may be required to lead and support multiple projects simultaneously, as required.  - Assist in Market Strategy practice building and business development efforts by leveraging internal PwC network and relationships.  Skills:  The candidate should have -   - Experience leading consulting teams in projects related to market assessment.  - Experience in market sizing and analysis, competitive analysis, customer analysis, business case development, with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.   - Ability to synthesize complex information and generate detailed insights based on primary and secondary research information.   - Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills.   - Strong written and verbal communication skills  Qualifications:  - Position requires MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a top business school, together with an undergraduate degree in engineering, arts and economics, sciences or business  - 4-7 years experience in Consulting (preferably in Market Assessment or related areas)  Additional Information:  Travel Requirements: Travel may be as per project requirements  Line of Service: Advisory   Industry: Management Consulting  Location: Bangalore, India
