PwC - Workday Specialist (HR Operations) - Associate / Senior Associate Key Responsibilities: - Ability to translate requirements into design and configuration plans - Participate in and/or lead Workday HCM implementations - Consult with clients to design, configure and deploy Workday HCM and related modules to meet their business needs - Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and address with effective solutions using Workday - Manage day-to-day client relationships throughout project including requirements management, knowledge transfer and issues resolution - Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM is required - Broad-based knowledge of Human Capital Management, with areas of expertise in Talent or HR Management, Recruiting, Benefits, and/or Payroll - Experience defining HR business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines - Ensure all the escalations are addressed on a timely manner. - Publish process score card with compliance on TAT and quality - Demonstrate flexibility for completing assigned team and individual tasks in allotted timeframe. - Meet all of the SDC's compliance requirements on a timely basis. - Exposure to automation and digital solutions. Skill Requirement: Qualifications: Full time MBA in HR with minimum 50% throughout (from Class X onwards) Industry experience: at least 1 to 5 relevant years (Associate) or 6-11 years (Senior Associate) with reputed brands Key Personal Attributes: - Strong analytical skills - Data driven - Eye to detail - Ability to handle pressure and work with tight deadlines maintaining equanimity - Manages internal stakeholders across all levels - Leads through developing and supporting others.
