We are looking for a candidate to join our Corporate Finance & Investment Banking team

Preferred Qualifications :

- 1-5 years of experience in Infrastructure financing / M&A deals

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products, tools, and utilities for business use

- Ability and dedication to meet strict and aggressive deadlines

- Analytical mindset with an eye for details

- Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary teams

- MBA or CA preferred

Job responsibilities :

- Analyzing and preparing industry, market or specific company overviews

- Researching and analyzing specific company financial information and fundamentals

- Creation, maintenance, and analysis of basic and advanced financial models to build a valuation perspective

- Research and analysis: Prepare pitches, investment memorandum

- Participate in the entire deal-making process from pitching to preparing the financial models, business plans, IM, term sheet and transaction documentation

- Assisting informing the appropriate structure of a deal
