Section I: Job Summary Lease: The Assistant Manager will be a lead for core treasury operations team handling day to day operations and Book keeping. Sound GAAP knowledge along with core treasury understanding is a must. The role demands indirectly supervising analysts in the team and enable them to perform BAU activities. Section II: Job objectives &amp; key metrics Responsibilities Reporting &amp; Control - Preparation of daily fund position/weekly-monthly projected cash flows - Coordinating with banks for day to day operations - Calculation of drawing power - Population of monthly treasury deck for leadership - Analysis of bank charges and reversals - Analysis of interest charged by bank on loans - Checking of Fx inwards vis a vis rates fixed with bank - Checking of various month end trackers for gain/loss, revaluation, interest - Process walk through for internal audit and submission data for audit - Arranging and submission of data for credit rating agency Operations and transaction processing - Verification of transactions on bank portal - Checking and final release of transactions - Arranging Board resolutions pertaining treasury - Assist Treasury manager in documentation for setting up or increase of credit limits - Arrangement of Pari Passu - Coordinate for filing of CHG1 Adhoc - Participating in implementation from time to time - Any adhoc work Reporting - Fund position should be prepared daily to evaluate the status of funds and borrowings - Monthly cash flows to be depicted for identification of cash requirement - Monthly analysis and reversal of invalid bank charges and interest - Crosschecking of daily Fx rates fixed for inwards and highlight and rectify and discrepancy - Monthly recon of tracker prepared for inter firm deposit loans - Submissions of yearly internal audit data and process walk through - Arrange data for submission to credit rating agency Operations and transaction processing - Daily verification and final release of transactions uploaded on banking portal - Formats of board resolution to be prepared as and when required - Validation of documents for setting up credit limits - Arrange of Pari Passu and CHG1 filing Adhoc - Supervising the work performed by analysts - Assisting Treasury Manager Section III: Requirements Education Level: CA/CWA Experience Level: 5-7 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, at least 2-3 years relevant experience in treasury/cash management Other Details: - Strong understanding of treasury operations - Good communication skills - Proficient in MS Office tools - Sound Accounting knowledge - Zeal to learn - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills - Problem solving attitude
