We are looking for a candidate to join our Industrials Corporate Finance &amp; Investment Banking Team in Mumbai Educational Qualifications : MBA from a Tier 1 Institute and/or CA Relevant Work Experience : 3-4 years - Ideal candidates would have at least three to four years of investment banking experience in a client facing role - Strong Financial modelling skills and sound in finance concepts are a must - Presentation and communication skills would also be tested - Candidate must also be familiar with standard research databases like Bloomberg, S&amp;P, CapitalIQ, VCCEdge, etc, Work Profile : - Developing and auditing financial models of international standard - Business Valuations and Investment Analysis - Research and analysis: Prepare pitches, investment memoranda, research reports - Participate in the entire deal-making process from pitching, to preparing the financial models, business plans, IM, term sheet and transaction documentation Other skills :&nbsp; - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work in a team and multi task when required - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Quick learner - Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary teams - High degree of rigor and attention to detail
