We are looking for a candidate to join our Corporate Finance & Investment Banking team Immediate Joining in either Mumbai or Bangalore Qualifications : - Bachelors level education from leading institution - Candidate pursuing CFA and/or possessing prior work experience will be preferred Skills : - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Good understanding of Microsoft Office products, tools, and utilities for business use - Ability and dedication to meet strict and aggressive deadlines - Analytical mindset with an eye for details - Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary teams Responsibilities : - Analyzing and preparing industry, market or specific company overviews - Researching and analyzing specific company financial information and fundamentals - Preparing pitches, information memorandums etc - Creating basic and advanced financial models to build a valuation perspective - Participating in the entire deal-making process from pitching to preparing the financial models, business plans, IM, term sheet and transaction documentation
